Hello from Traci and Paul Trudeau, a seasoned and accomplished couple with an impressive 27 years of self-employment under their belts. Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, they have found their home in the beautiful city of Kamloops, British Columbia , Canada.
Paul’s professional journey has been nothing short of diverse and dynamic. He has dabbled in various industries, ranging from telecommunications to financial planning. Along the way, Traci and Paul have
owned and managed an array of businesses, including clothing stores, dollar stores, promotional souvenir manufacturing, trophy shops, and a sign & printing service .
Between October 1999 and November 2004, Paul assumed the role of Franchisee Owner/Operator at Only Deals Dollar Store in Squamish, then in Williams Lake, and also 100 Mile House, BC. During this time, he soared to new heights, achieving the highest sales increase among new franchisees in 2000 – 2001. This success solidified Paul’s reputation as a skilled and accomplished entrepreneur.
As the President of Operations and Owner of Visual Signs & Printing in Kamloops, BC, from February 2005 to December 2020, Paul led the company to numerous accolades and achievements. Under his leadership, Visual Signs & Printing was recognized as the Best Sign Firm in the KTW -Readers’ Choice Awards for 2020-2021.
Additionally, the business was consistently ranked among the top three sign businesses in Kamloops and the surrounding area from 2016 to 2020 by Three Best Rated. Paul also received the prestigious Business Excellence Award in 2018 and the BE Grant Thornton Okanagan Award
in the same year. Furthermore, he received nominations for the Business Excellence Award in 2019 and 2020 from the Chamber of Commerce.
Paul, a dynamic and ambitious individual, is far from the notion of retiring early. With a burning desire for the next exciting chapter in his life, Paul has embarked on a search for his next adventure. As fate would have it, he found himself collaborating with a seasoned Franchise consultant, who swiftly recognized Paul’s exceptional potential in the industry.

The family holds a special place in Traci and Paul’s hearts, as they are proud parents of two teenagers named Tyler and Ryan.
